Salary Range: $160,000 – $195,000 / Year DOE

Special Education Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:

• Engage in defense litigation related to special education law
• Collaborate with various practice groups to address case-specific needs
• Meet a standard billable hour requirement of 1800 hours annually
• Participate in mentorship programs to support professional development
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture

Special Education Litigation Attorney Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in law, preferably with a background in special education or related fields
• Experience in defense work, with flexibility to consider plaintiff work based on case specifics
• Graduation from an accredited law school
• Bar admission in multiple states, including California, is a significant advantage
• Experience in administrative law or teacher dismissal cases is valuable
• Background in big law is preferred
